Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application ("App") developed and published by Kenan Sezginbas ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Some of our Apps offer auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Renewal Cost: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription price.
  • Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
  • Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

4. Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not directly handle refunds. If you wish to request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks in the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Kenan Sezginbas and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kenan Sezginbas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
